Activity log¶

The archive records what staff do, so changes can be traced after the fact.

Your activity¶

The Activity page in the admin area lists your own actions: what you created, edited, or deleted, and when.

Object audit trail¶

Every object also has an audit trail: the actions taken on that object by any user. For edits, the trail records field-level changes: each changed field with its old and new value (for example, title: "Untilted" → "Untitled"). The audit trail appears in the Activity panel on the detail view.

Who can see it¶

Both views are read-only and available to any signed-in user (Researcher and above). See User roles.
